In Hong Kong, the word "港式" means "Hong Kong style". Chef Tommy, a native of Hong Kong, has created "Hong Kong Style Cuisine," which is a combination of traditional Hong Kong cuisine and new dishes prepared with Japanese ingredients from a Hong Kong perspective. The name "鴻禧" means "great happiness" in Hong Kong. We hope that our chef's omakase course, a mixture of tradition and creativity, will bring you a sense of happiness.
